About the Role
We are looking for an IT Support Engineer L2 to join an onsite team within the pharmaceutical industry. The consultant will replace an existing engineer moving to another internal mission. The team currently consists of three engineers on-site.
This is a fully onsite position with a rotating standby schedule: one full week every three weeks (night support).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and follow up on user support requests (email, Teams, ticketing system)
- Resolve incidents escalated from L1 support
- Prepare, configure, and deploy hardware for new joiners
- Provide first-time user assistance and data transfers
- Schedule appointments and handle hardware-related requests
- Follow standard service desk procedures (PC configuration, phone enrollment, etc.)
- Liaise between users and internal teams to ensure issue resolution
- Report recurring issues or operational concerns to the Team Leader
- Deliver onboarding sessions for new employees
- Support client-driven project tasks
- Manage IT stock and inventory
- Provide technical support during audits and meetings
- Assist third-party vendors during onsite interventions
- Support smart room and switch updates
- Hardware interventions (PCs, scanners, Zebra devices, etc.)
- Telephony support (Mobile, VoIP)
- Network and server installation tasks (patching, etc.)
