Technical & Administrative Support Agent (Medior)


Gosselies, Belgium

(On-site presence required at least 3 days per week)


Start Date: As soon as possible (preferred start: February 2026)


Contract Type & Duration

  • Full-time assignment (5 days per week)
  • Initial duration of approximately 1 year, with possible renewal (up to 1–2 years)


Work Arrangement

  • Partial remote work possible in agreement with the manager
  • Minimum 3 days per week on-site in Gosselies
  • Additional on-site presence may be required occasionally, depending on operational needs
  • Travel across different company sites may be required
  • As the site is not easily accessible by public transport, a driving licence and vehicle are preferred


Role Overview


The organisation is looking for a Medior Technical & Administrative Support Agent to join the Digital Service Desk / Basic Facilities team.


The role has a strong technical-administrative focus, requiring solid IT knowledge combined with structured administrative follow-up.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as first-line support for incidents and user requests
  • Handle installation and configuration of small IT equipment
  • Manage and process user requests from intake to resolution
  • Manage equipment removal or relocation (MFPs, plotters, screens, etc.)
  • Manage access and content within internal collaboration platforms
  • User account management (creation, deletion, updates, permissions)
  • Register and track requests in a ticketing tool
  • Follow up with external suppliers regarding requests and incidents
  • Maintain and update IT asset inventories (printers, laptops, desktops, etc.)
  • Process and monitor emails from shared service mailboxes
  • Create, update, and maintain procedures and documentation
  • Monthly KPI input and reporting for Basic Facilities
  • Analyse monthly invoices and track potential discrepancies
  • Support Keep IT Running (KIR) activities
  • Actively participate in workshops
  • Collaborate closely with other internal teams

Technical Requirements


Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 1–3 years’ experience as a Technical & Administrative Support Agent
  • Proven experience with Windows Client environments
  • Solid knowledge of Active Directory
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of IT and multimedia connectivity
  • Experience with request dispatching and follow-up
  • Experience in inventory management
  • Experience managing emails and calendars (Outlook)
  • Prior experience within a Basic Facilities or Service Desk environment
  • French: C2 level (native or equivalent)
