.NET Architect – Energy Industry | Hybrid (Belgium)

We are looking for a .NET Architect to lead the technical direction of a large-scale portals and platforms product within the energy sector.

This is an opportunity to contribute to critical infrastructure projects supporting the energy transition in Belgium and Germany.

Your Role

You will act as the technical lead for a product portfolio consisting of multiple applications built on a modern cloud-native architecture.

You will:

• Lead and coach Full Stack .NET development teams
• Define and drive the target architecture vision
• Coordinate technical work across multiple Scrum teams
• Challenge technical decisions and collaborate closely with other Tech Leads and Product Owners
• Investigate complex technical issues and provide structured solutions
• Organise collaborative technical sessions with developers and architects
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Explore and evaluate new technologies

Technical Environment

• .NET 8 microservices architecture
• C#
• SQL & MongoDB
• Blazor
• Azure
• AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service)
• Kubernetes & Helm
• Dapr
• Clean Architecture principles

Strong experience with AKS and Kubernetes is mandatory.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience as a .NET Architect or Technical Lead
• Strong cloud-native and microservices expertise
• Experience leading multiple development teams
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent in English

Work Setup

• Hybrid: 2 days onsite (Belgium) / 3 days remote
• Candidates working in Belgium must have a valid work and residence permit
