Enterprise Architect (TOGAF) – IT Master Plan Mission

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the definition of an IT master plan for a client organization within the utilities sector.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for designing a comprehensive enterprise architecture vision, covering business, application, and inter-application collaboration layers. The mission follows a structured TOGAF-based approach, starting from business drivers down to application alignment with organizational processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and deliver an IT master plan (schéma directeur informatique)
• Translate business drivers into a coherent enterprise architecture vision
• Design business and application architectures
• Ensure alignment between applications and business processes
• Structure and document architecture using TOGAF methodology
• Facilitate collaboration between application ecosystems

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in Enterprise Architecture
• Proven expertise in TOGAF methodology
• Solid background in Business and Application Architecture
• Experience designing IT master plans
• Ability to connect strategic drivers to application-level solutions
• Strong stakeholder engagement and client-facing capabilities
