Senior IT Process Manager (IT Asset Management)

Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Process Manager to strengthen and evolve our IT Asset Management capability. In this role, you’ll drive process optimisation and maturity by analysing requirements, identifying gaps, and working with cross-functional teams to design and implement efficient, compliant-by-design processes.
You will act as a key bridge between IT and business stakeholders, supporting the delivery of new capabilities through structured process design, documentation, and change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse existing processes and guide stakeholders towards more efficient and automated workflows (compliant by design)
- Facilitate workshops to capture requirements, align stakeholders, and drive process improvements
- Design and document process flows (e.g., in Visio) and ensure traceability of decisions and actions
- Maintain clear, up-to-date process documentation (e.g., in Jira and Confluence)
- Gather feedback and ensure continuous improvement across processes
- Support problem-solving initiatives with a strong focus on end-to-end process integrity
- Perform root cause analysis and propose corrective actions where issues occur
- Coordinate with other IT Process Managers to ensure standardisation and integration across related processes (e.g., incident, change, request management)
- Contribute to change management activities and support adoption of new processes/features
- Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate business needs into structured process solutions

- Governance and compliance tooling (tooling exposure is a plus)
Required Experience & Skills

5+ years of experience as a Process Manager within IT Asset Management (or closely related IT process domains)
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent conceptual and critical thinking skills
- Proven ability to lead stakeholders through process change and improvement
- Strong documentation discipline and attention to detail
- Comfortable operating independently, managing priorities, and delivering results
- Strong decision-making and “make it happen” attitude
- Quality-driven and punctual with high standards for delivery
