Quality Assurance Engineer

About the role
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to support product and project quality across the full lifecycle, from development to delivery. The role focuses on ensuring compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement in a regulated, high-reliability industrial environment.
As part of the core project team, you will act as the main point of contact for quality-related matters and contribute to achieving operational excellence through data-driven quality management.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure product and project quality performance using objective KPIs (e.g. OTD, OCD)
- Act as the primary quality interface within cross-functional project teams
- Monitor and coordinate timely submission of required quality documentation
- Ensure products and services meet defined requirements and compliance standards
- Promote quality culture and best practices (problem solving, RCCA, risk analysis, FMEA, prevention)
- Develop and maintain process flows mapping requirements and stakeholders across project phases
- Perform quality assurance activities based on risk level and team maturity
- Identify quality gaps and risks, anticipate impacts, and propose corrective and preventive actions
- Verify adherence to quality procedures across engineering, procurement, and manufacturing teams
- Manage and respond to customer quality complaints professionally and effectively
Required qualifications
- Master’s degree in Engineering
- Solid knowledge of quality methods and tools
- Experience in defense, aerospace, or similarly regulated industries
- Fluency in French and English
