About the Role

Join a dynamic Agile team driving the digital transformation of a leading financial institution. You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team responsible for end-to-end development of digital solutions for enterprise clients. Expect to work across both front-end (React) and back-end (Java/Spring) components within a cloud-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications (Java/Spring, React).
• Translate business requirements into high-quality, maintainable code.
• Implement and manage RESTful APIs with Swagger.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automation testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, analysts, testers).
• Support DevOps activities and ensure optimal application performance.
• Apply Agile principles — collaboration, feedback, and continuous improvement.

Technical Skills Required

✅ Backend: Java, Spring Framework, Maven, DB

✅ Frontend: React (nice to have), Node.js (nice to have)

✅ APIs: RESTful APIs, Swagger (YAML)

✅ DevOps: Git, Jenkins (or similar), Docker, Containers, Groovy

✅ Quality & Security: SonarQube, Fortify, NexusIQ (or similar)

✅ Testing: TDD, API automation testing

✅ Practices: Clean Code, SOLID, DDD, Design Patterns

Profile & Experience

• Experience: 6+ years in full-stack or backend Java development
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Language: English (French or Dutch is a plus)
• Mindset: Agile, proactive, collaborative, continuous learner
